Frequently Asked Questions

For Surrogates
What is surrogacy?
Surrogacy is a process where a woman carries and delivers a baby for another individual or couple. It can be an incredible way to help others build their families. Surrogates are compensated for their time, effort, and commitment.
How do I qualify?
To qualify as a surrogate, you must be between 21 and 40 years old, have had at least one healthy pregnancy, and be in good physical and mental health. A background check and medical evaluation will also be conducted. Each application is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
What is the pay?
Surrogates can earn a base compensation, which can increase based on experience and additional factors. Total compensation may include bonuses for successful milestones and other benefits. It's important to discuss these details during the application process.
What is the process?
The surrogacy process begins with an application and screening phase, followed by matching with intended parents. Once matched, legal agreements are established, and medical procedures are scheduled. Continuous support is provided throughout the pregnancy.
What we don’t do?
We do not engage in vanity or social surrogacy arrangements. Our focus is on helping individuals and couples who require assistance in building their families. Ethical practices are prioritized in all our surrogacy agreements.
For Parents
Do you work with parents directly?
We primarily focus on surrogates, but we do accept a limited number of parents into our program.
If I already have an agency, can I still work with you?
Yes. Many parents come to us after feeling disappointed with their agency’s matches. We collaborate with agencies to introduce surrogates from our program.
Do you provide ongoing support for parents?
Our role is focused: finding the right surrogate. We do not manage escrow, medical, or legal details beyond the match.
General
Where do you accept surrogates from?
We currently work with surrogates across the United States.
Do you disclose compensation?
Compensation is highly competitive and among the best in the field. Specific details are shared with accepted candidates during the process.
