The Surrogacy Matchmaker

A Surrogacy Program Built Around Respect

At The Surrogacy Matchmaker, we believe surrogates deserve more than recognition — they deserve a program that values their time, talents, and professionalism.

This commitment comes directly from our founder, Victoria Fritz, MD, whose personal and professional experiences shaped every part of this program.

Victoria’s Story

Victoria trained in cardiothoracic surgery when an unexpected medical diagnosis changed both her career path and her approach to family building. Facing her own journey through surrogacy as an intended mother, she experienced firsthand the gaps in how surrogates were treated.

What she saw was clear: many agencies reduced surrogates to checklists and statistics. Victoria knew there was a better way — one that honored surrogates as professionals and rewarded them accordingly.

SETTING HERSELF APART FROM AGENCIES

From Physician to Matchmaker

With her medical expertise, personal experience, and fierce advocacy for women, Victoria created a surrogacy program designed to be different:

Professional
application process

starting with a resume, not an endless form.

Selective
matching

only with families aligned in values
and respect.

Transparent, top-tier
compensation

with base pay among the highest in
the industry.

Concierge-level
guidance

so surrogates are supported at every step

A Family Commitment

Victoria’s husband, Marshall Fritz, PhD, shared in the surrogacy journey as an intended parent. Together, they co-founded the program as both a professional mission and a personal one. Marshall now serves as a board member and advisor, helping keep the vision focused: surrogates first.
